Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.

Smooth, flat, and heated rocks are placed at key points throughout the body as the therapist works in fluid motions rolling the oiled stones over the skin, acting as a warm and comforting extension of their hands. The heat allows greater muscle relaxation, decreases muscle spams and increases range of motion. Most importantly it is extremely relaxing and reduces pain.
